My journey in the Veterinary world began in 2014, when I started volunteering at a local animal shelter in my hometown in Italy. There, I would feed and clean the cats, but I soon realised my interest in the medical side of the role (e.g. medicating the cats, caring for them after surgery etc). In 2016, I moved to London to study Veterinary Nursing. I have worked in a variety of small animal practices, mainly first opinion practice and charity practice. Through the years, my love for cats grew and so did my interest for their unique medical needs. I have been a member of the ISFM since 2017, and I have had the opportunity to access many of their materials and courses for my CPD.

Since I was a student, I always wanted to be a part of the team at the London Cat Clinic - I am so excited for this opportunity. I have been a part of the team since November 2021; I have recently moved to the night role and I have just started the ISFM certificate in feline emergency and critical care. I am excited for this new development in my career, and I am looking forward to enhancing my skills and knowledge in this field.

I have a cat back in Italy, who stays with my family. I can't wait to adopt a cat here in the UK - I do have a soft spot for senior cats!
