During the COVID19 crisis, we've seen an unprecedented increase in new client registrations and demand for our services. This has coincided with our planned expansion for which we have onboarded a number of new very talented team members.
We pride ourselves on delivering consistently high-quality care for all of our patients. In order to ensure our high standards of service are maintained, we have decided to temporarily pause new client registrations (with some exceptions) whilst our teams are integrated and additional capacity is made available.
Our exceptions are new kittens aged up to 4 months, second opinion, referrals and of course new fur members for already registered clients.
We will be maintaining a waiting list and, as soon as we can, we look forward to welcoming you to the clinic.
