I grew up on a farm back in Portugal, which allowed me to get to know, respect and love animals, and when as child I found and adopted a little female stray cat, a special bond and a great love for cats began.
I qualified previously as a Computer Engineer and worked as an IT Teacher for some years in Portugal but later on decided to pursue what I truly loved and went back to school to qualify as a Veterinary Nurse in 2015.
I registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2016, and since then I worked in some practices around London which allowed me to learn a lot and helped me to realise the path that makes me truly happy.
My favourite areas are Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, which I studied while in Portugal, and Feline Behaviour, in which I intend to specialise on.
I have two fur babies back in Portugal, Kimi and Nikko, sister and brother that I adopted back in 2012, who I miss loads and visit frequently, until I manage to bring them to London.
It is lovely to work in a place designed for cats and with a team that is so committed to the very best high standard care to each one of our cats and their carers.
