No-one wants to stand still and lifetime learning is key for us. All colleagues have an annual continuous professional development allowance and paid time-off for courses approved by the clinic. Recent examples include the front-of-house team all taking training and becoming ISFM Cat Friendly and British Veterinary Receptionists and a number of our nurses are pursuing an advanced qualification in feline behaviour. Market-competitive pay dependent on experience is a good starter for 10. In addition, we offer private medical insurance, a pension scheme and a discretionary bonus scheme. We have a good rota system which strives to make sure colleagues can balance work and play - although we can't always guarantee you'll get out on time!
