After months and months of planning, advertising and interviewing, The London Cat Clinic had its inaugural  'real-life' get together on the 4th May and it couldn't have been more amazing. It was the first time the team got to spend time with each other. We are excited to welcome Alice, the Senior Clinical Nurse, Alex, our RVN, Tara and Gemma, our front of house of team, to the fold.

We met on-site to check out our future home. The building is forging ahead at breakneck speed and it is so exciting to see how it has been transformed from the empty shell we first saw nearly two years ago. Check out our video of The London Cat Clinic taking shape on our Facebook page. The lovely large cages, the space, the light, the cat-cubbies...it is a place you will want to bring your cats to and where we will want to come and work!

The team then headed back en masse to East Dulwich for a full day powow discussing our culture and ethos, not only towards our patients and their carers but importantly towards each other. We want to make the clinic envinroment a place where everyone who comes to visit or work, feels welcomed and inspired. We talked about what it means to each of us to be Committed, Accountable, Trusted and Striving for Excellence.

The team then discussed our protocols, our uniquely holisitc approach to care and what they, as cat-lovers and cat owners, would want to feel, hear and experience when they visit us.

Lots to do before we open and it is all hands on deck to get ready for our first clients.
